Payment Policy

Payment Methods
Nourah`s Tissue Biobank offers two secure payment methods for researchers and institutions: Payments can be made securely through our online payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and digital payment options as listed on the payment page. Payments can be made via direct bank transfer, bank details will be provided upon request or during the checkout process. A payment confirmation receipt must be emailed to Nourah`s Tissue Biobnak to finalize the transaction.
Invoicing
An official invoice is generated for every transaction and sent via email. Researchers or institutions requiring customized invoices should request them before making a payment. A digital receipt will be issued upon payment confirmation.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to HSRCBB@Pnu.edu.sa within 48 hours of payment for consideration. If a service or sample request is canceled before processing, a refund (minus any administrative fees) may be issued. No refunds will be provided once the requested services or sample preparation has commenced. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
