Payment Policy

Payment Methods
  • Nourah`s Tissue Biobank offers two secure payment methods for researchers and institutions:
  • Payments can be made securely through our online payment gateway.
  • We accept major credit cards and digital payment options as listed on the payment page.
  • Payments can be made via direct bank transfer, bank details will be provided upon request or during the checkout process.
  • A payment confirmation receipt must be emailed to Nourah`s Tissue Biobnak to finalize the transaction.
Invoicing
  • An official invoice is generated for every transaction and sent via email.
  • Researchers or institutions requiring customized invoices should request them before making a payment.
  • A digital receipt will be issued upon payment confirmation.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to HSRCBB@Pnu.edu.sa within 48 hours of payment for consideration.
  • If a service or sample request is canceled before processing, a refund (minus any administrative fees) may be issued.
  • No refunds will be provided once the requested services or sample preparation has commenced.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
